Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery
  • The product should be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
    • In its original packaging with tags intact
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed for sale/discounted items unless they are defective or damaged

    • Our team will review your request and share a return shipping label if eligible

    Conditions for Returns
    Returns are only eligible for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

    Exchanges
    If you need a different size or style, let us know. We’ll ship the replacement after we receive the original item.

    Refund Timeline
    Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.
